At Lightly, our goal is to deliver your order in the quickest and most economical way possible. Shipping charges and delivery methods may be quoted at checkout.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We utilise multiple shipment methods based on the most suitable for your order – including Australia Post regular service with the added insurance of Registered Post and Boarder Express.
Estimated lead times are 2–7 days depending on the state. Suburbs and regional areas will add a day or two.
This service requires a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available, a collection card will be left for you to visit your local Post Office or depot. All consignments are sent with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.
Our local Melbourne customers will receive their orders via our fleet of vans, this service has a lead time of approximately 1-2 days. Our cut off times for next day delivery is 2 pm. We request that you include your contact details so you can be called upon delivery should someone be home – alternatively please indicate if we have authority to leave your parcel and the details of a safe location on your property.
Orders delivered via our courier service will not be provided with a tracking number due to the short lead time. Please contact us should you like an update on the status of your order and we can provide you with a live update.

EXPRESS POST WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post e-Parcel EXPRESS delivery. This is a registered service, which can be tracked here. Estimated delivery times can be found here. This service is next day delivery to all Aus Capital Cities. Please note regional areas may not be a next day service.
Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available for collection, a card will be left for you to visit your local Post Office.
Our cut off times are 12 pm AEST for the express post as the post pick up at 1.30 daily.
Up to 3kg satchel – $15.00
3 to 5kg satchel – $25.00
Goods that don’t fit in a 5kg express satchel – $50.00
(This is Express Post over 30cm in length).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If goods are in stock we can ship within 2 days. If goods are not, lead-time is up to 12 weeks. Check lead times on your product. These are non-binding estimates, based upon manufacturing lead times. We will email your eta once the order is placed if NOT in stock.

Postage and handling – rest of the world
Free shipping over $350 anywhere in the world.
We ship to most international destinations. Countries outside of Australia will receive orders in approximately 3–10 working days with Registered Post International for orders up to 2kg. We deliver to PO boxes, rural and remote areas and will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives as soon as possible.
Our cut off times are 12 pm AEST for the express post as the post picks up at 1.30 daily.

For items over 2kg we use Express Post International. It offers reliable delivery within 3–7 business days across metropolitan areas of major cities. Provides priority handling, and basic tracking for most destinations.*
*You may be liable for the destination country’s taxes yet will be exempted from the Australian GST (10% Tax) if your order is being delivered to a non-Australian address.

CHANGE OF MIND
Goods cannot be returned for ‘change of mind’ unless we agree (in our absolute discretion). If we agree to a return, we may insist upon payment of a restocking and handling fee and must be returned in original packaging within 7 days.
– Orders may only be cancelled with our written consent at our absolute discretion.
– Goods made to special order, i.e indent or custom, cannot be returned or credited unless we are required by law to do so.
-Due to the handcrafted nature of the process of our pieces, slight differences and imperfections may occur in the craft. You acknowledge that this does not constitute a defect. These goods are individually hand made and no two are the same.
Damages in transit
We sincerely apologise that your product has been damaged or incorrectly picked and will of course help you with this.
We really need to look into this further with the despatch warehouse and therefore ask you to provide me with the following pictures:
– Pictures that clearly show the damaged product(s) / or incorrect items picked ( choose)
– A clear picture of the shipping label
– The parcel in whole, pictures of the packaging and the damages on this
– Any inner packaging
– Images of the damages on the items.
