In lament for the loss of old-fashioned rituals and tradition, Lightly draws on the techniques and memories of loved ones as a source of inspiration. Evoking the romance of a time gone by, all Lightly products carry the delicacy of lace and the dignity of nobility at their core.

Lightly’s range, ‘Notions of Nobility,’ is to be launched at NYIGF in August 2007 and extends these ideas, drawing on strong symbols from the Middle Ages, including textures of ornamentation reminiscent of European aristocracy. Lightly has applied these influences to a striking new range of textural patterns, which forms the basis of the new Lightly Living, including new bowls, trays, placemats and coasters. For example, the patterns ‘Forever®’ and ‘Ever®’ reference the diamond, which was much sought after by royalty during the Middle Ages. Today, they are objects of desire and the most valued commodity on earth.
