Details

Our signature Two-Tone Planters explore ‘kinship and ritual’ in shape. The symmetry shape provides a sense of harmony and balance, whilst the colour grounds us in certainty.

Australian-designed planters are made from spun metal, powder coated, and are ideal for planters with indoor or outdoor use.

This product is handmade by artisans, one piece at a time. Any mistakes in the making process should not be misconstrued as flaws. These are what make it uniquely handmade in limited editions.

We recommend using a drip tray underneath the base (not to be seen) if watering inside or out. This can be a recycled old plate, bowl, or plastic dish. This way, we keep the environment in mind.

Creating things with care, intention, and gratitude is at the core of everything we do.

Cleaning and Care Guide

The series of Goblet Planters from Lightly’s SS18 collection ‘GRACE’, explore ceremony and ritual in shape, whilst tone explores the research of colour. The collection pairs neutral nuances with touches of subtle earthy hues, that echo natural landscapes and materials from travels around the globe.

The use of symmetry and form echos a sense harmony and balance, whilst still possessing the same utilitarian focus that lies at the heart of Lightly.

Ideal for an indoor or outdoor feature. Designed by Cindy-Lee Davies 2018.

Care:
Due to the handcrafted nature of this product, slight variations may occur in the surface or shape. This is because it is made and finished by hand.

Powder-coated finishes and metals do react to some organic matter and chemicals, so you need to be mindful of what you spray or pesticides you use. For longevity, we recommend using our vessels as a ‘housing’ pot with the potted plant inside.

It is fine to plant directly in the planters. If you do plant directly, drain well. If you have reactive soil residue wash off the metal and dry with a soft cloth.
