NWAY BED QUEEN

A very personal project, the bed had to provide a sense of inclusion, Australian made, and focuses on a practical yet tactile modern design, with traditional craftsmanship at the core.

An ode to Danish design classics and the beauty of hand-made craftsmanship, the bed is refined and raw, combining a solid Victorian Ash frame with dowel wrapping as a bedhead, maximising comfort and enveloping you with a warm embrace. The bed frame is manufactured locally in Melbourne and created by hand, using timber sourced from sustainably managed forests.

Available through Lightly in your choice of solid Victorian ash or beech timber. The image shown is Vic Ash. The bed is elegantly finished with a natural oil and wax combination to ensure your new bed stays protected all life long.
