AT HOME – REST AND RESILIENCE

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying ‘I will try again tomorrow’.” ― Mary Anne Radmacher

At Home with Lightly

“…maintaining the basic rhythms of life that remain available can give one a sense of resilience.” – David Byrne

The personal spaces and sanctuaries we build for ourselves need to be placed for us to find comfort and resilience in our daily rituals and to be, feel and do whatever we need to in times like these.

Sometimes, they are places of stillness and quiet where we rest, restore and reflect. Catering to all of your senses with incense, lighting and physical comfort can bring calm and separation from the noise and hustle of the day.

Other times they are places of life and growth. Surround yourself with greenery, music and laughter to build a connection to the world around you.

Right now, no matter if our home sanctuaries are loud, quiet, still or bustling with family, “make the most” of this collective pause.
